ACCIDENT, INJURY, OR ILLNESS: Participants participate at their own risk. Accidents/illnesses can and do occur. Blackfoot Summer Tennis is not responsible for any expenses related to injury, accidents, or illness (I.E. COVID-19) on or off the court. All participants must either have health insurance or be able to pay their own out-of-pocket medical expenses if an injury or illness occurs. Be aware that in addition to on-court activities, we also do physical education activities on the grass fields, track, and across the street on the grass field. *I Accept!

BEHAVIOR: If your child cannot participate effectively with others, is argumentative, is disruptive, has difficulty following directions, and gets overly upset at not winning a contest, then the program is not for them. We will warn the participant once, place them in a time-out the second time, and notify parents after the third offense. Participants will be removed from the program without a refund in the event of a fourth offense. *I Accept!

CHILD PICK-UP: Parents must be on hand 50 minutes past the hour to pick up their children. We will assume your child has permission to walk home if the parent does not show up at this time. *I Accept!

WEATHER: Tennis is canceled when the weather does not allow for safe play or comfort. These days are NOT made up! Weather notifications will be made on the Facebook group "Blackfoot Summer Tennis". It is highly recommended you join our Facebook group! *I Accept!

GENERAL TERMS: The Student/Teacher ratio is approximately 8-1. T-Shirts are provided only if you register by February 20th, 2026. End of the year party is for ages 5-12 and will cost an additional $15.00. Ages 13 and above will have a separate event at no additional cost. Everyone must wear sneakers and athletic-type clothing. Racquets are provided but all participants are encouraged to have their own racquets. Please join our Facebook group "Blackfoot Summer Tennis" We will post pictures, give information, and make announcements from the Facebook group. *I Accept!

FOOD SENSITIVITY AND ALLERGIES: There will be snacks, drinks, and candy provided at times in the program for giveaways, awards, and prizes. There will also be snacks, candy, drinks, and pizza at the end-of-the-year party. If your child has any form of food sensitivity or allergy, accommodations will not be provided. *I Accept!
